Bill was born and raised in Tipp City, Ohio where he attended and graduated from Tippecanoe High School. He moved to Bowling Green, Ohio to attend BGSU and graduated with a degree in Accounting and a degree in International business in 1990. Bill became a Christ follower just after graduating from BGSU in 1990 due to the Great Commission H20 campus ministry.

Upon graduation, Bill worked for Arthur Anderson and Company in Toledo and Detroit for 3 years doing corporate tax work and then spent 13 years as the vice president of operations for Seneca Millwork in Fostoria, Ohio.

Bill met his wife, Renee at BGSU and have been married since 1994. They are blessed to have one son, Mason who was born in 2002.

Bill and Renee started attending CedarCreek church in February of 1998 and in 2006 came on staff as the Directional leader for GCO ministries and outreach. In 2012 Bill was nominated and voted in as one of the four Elders to lead CedarCreek Church. ln 2020 CedarCreek Church changed its governance from an Elder led Church to a Board led Church and Bill was selected as the first Chairman of the Board of CedarCreek Church in 2020 and continues in this role today.

In 1999, Bill participated in CedarCreek churches’ very first Latin American mission trip to Honduras and the experience and relationships formed from that and over 100 subsequent trips radically changed his perspective and relationship with Christ.

In Bill’s spare time he enjoys baseball, playing golf and traveling with his family.
